Walla Walla Down Town Farmers Market

Get fresh everyone! the downtown farmers market is alive and well, starting with long time participant Sweet Onion Sausage.

The Walsh family have been throwin down some grilled walla walla sweet onion infused sausages for many years. go get one! its tradition!

so after checking in with the Sausage King, I wandered around a bit for some quality people watching and to scope out more good stuff

What I had found was a collection of awesome garden fresh produce, a huge variety for sure. organic farming by sustainable practices seems to be the way of things.
The whole family gets involved with this community event!

as I was grazing with my eyes I started to use my nose as guidance and what did I find??? Oh La La! it was fresh Crepe's made right in front of you.. some totally macking down on this stuff..

One thing is for sure is Seahawks may have Lofa Tatupu Back, but we got Loaf a Goodness from right down town Walla Walla! great artisan breads!

So as im walking some more something caught my eye, it was some of the coolest stuff made from bottles,
They take old liquor or pretty much any glass bottle and cut them up into wonderful lamps, jewelry, you need to go check this out!

It wouldn't be a farmers market without fresh local "authentic" Tamales. Walla Walla Nightlife's Author Horte is busting out the Tamales Mas Finas
Great Stuff Ladies! and the masa was perfect! not dry..
After snackin down some totally killer tamales, I heard this pounding noise in the corner , like a black smith, and my ears didn't deceive me, because that's exactly what it was
Hand pounded Steel with a forge and anvil, this guy can make you a button for your Levis if you needed him to
it was about time for me to go, getting thirsty after watching all that hot pounding steel, so I wandered towards my truck and a lemon aid stand caught my eye
They had it all, you can tell, except soap and honey and that was right behind me as I turned around to see what I had missed and I had realized that there is soo much going on that people need to just come down and experience for themselves
My advice to all who read this is to experience it yourself, so come on down and "get fresh at the Down Town Walla Walla Farmers Market"
